Refined Performance · Stoneham, MA

# OUR MISSION.

We built the clinic we couldn't find anywhere else.

Why Refined Exists

Most physical therapy clinics are built around insurance companies, not athletes. Double-booked appointments. Aides doing the work. Ten minutes with your actual PT if you're lucky. Treatment plans designed around what's billable, not what's best.

Dr. Justin and Dr. Nicole Kocan saw it from both sides — as clinicians working inside that broken system, and as athletes who refused to accept it. So they built something different.

Refined Performance exists for the person who takes their body seriously. The CrossFitter who wants to train through pregnancy without being told to just "take it easy." The runner who's been told their pain is just part of getting older. The new mom who got cleared at six weeks postpartum with no real plan to get back to the barbell. The competitor who's tired of being treated like a patient instead of an athlete.

Every session is one-on-one
with a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
No aides. No double-booking.
Just an hour with someone who
understands how you move.

We don't just treat what hurts. We find why it hurts, fix it at the root, and build you back stronger than before — so you can keep doing what you love for life.

THIS IS PT DONE THE RIGHT WAY.
