Who We're Looking For

THE IDEAL
REFINED PT.

You don't need to check every box — but if most of these sound like you, we'd love to connect.

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) — new grads and experienced clinicians both welcome
  • Passionate about working with athletes and high-performance active adults
  • Strong foundation in orthopedics, sports rehab, or performance training
  • Evidence-based mindset with a commitment to continuing education
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and invested in patient outcomes beyond the session
  • Values a collaborative, growth-focused team environment
  • Interest in pelvic floor PT, strength & conditioning, or sports performance is a plus
